Firstly, raw material preparation takes place as the initial step in ceramic production. Clay, on the other hand, has a relatively rough texture suitable for pottery-making.

Secondly, kneading soil and refining mud are carried out to remove impurities and air from collected porcelain clay or clay. This process is called mud refining and plays a crucial role in ceramic production by directly influencing the final quality of the artwork.
